This fonds consists of one photo album containing black and white photographs of employees, patients and activities at the Provincial Sanatorium in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, while it was serving as a rehabilitation centre for the victims of polio. All photographs in the album are identified. There is an envelope of unidentified photographs included with the album.
