Every comment becomes part of our quality improvement process.   We will review, document and respond to every submission as quickly as possible.

Please do not submit questions about your personal health. If you have a specific medical question, please visit your family physician’s office (register for a family doctor) or find a walk-in clinic. If you have an urgent medical situation, please call 9-1-1.
