Highfield (Sett.) was adopted 18 November 1966 on 11L/6b.Status changed to Locality when Highfield became part of the Community of Winsloe in 1971.Winsloe (Locality) became part of Charlottetown on 1 April 1995. Confirmed 17 June 1996 on 11 L/6.
