Premier congratulates NDP Leader

Premier's Office

On behalf of the Government and the Liberal caucus, I want to congratulate Mike Redmond on his successful bid to become Leader of the provincial New Democratic Party.

I look forward to engaging with Mr. Redmond in the coming years as we continue a long tradition of democratic debate on Prince Edward Island.

I would also like to note Trevor Leclerc's contribution to the process, and wish him well in his endeavours.
