Congratulatory messages for birthdays, anniversaries and special events can be requested from the Premier of Prince Edward Island, the Honorable Robert Ghiz.

A certificate will be signed by the Premier and sent to the celebrant(s) with an option to display the celebration information on this page. For website postings, please give the name(s), type of celebration and date. Because the occasion is recognized on behalf of the Premier, no additional or personal greetings can be included.

Please note that six to eight weeks advance notice is required for processing the request. While we are pleased to accept requests with less than the required notice, we cannot guarantee that the messages will be provided by the celebration date.

Congratulatory messages are available to those celebrating a Wedding Anniversary of 25 years or more; celebrating a Birthday of 70 years or more; a Retirement of 25 years or more and also for other milestones in your community or family. To receive a greeting please contact Tara Arsenault
