The initiative to expand broadband services throughout Prince Edward Island has reached a milestone. The $8.2 project has reached its halfway mark, and will be completed by the end of the year. The milestone was celebrated on Monday during a news conference at Roma at Three Rivers, which has recently been added to the service.
