The PEI Public Service Commission (PSC) is an independent and impartial agency responsible for providing leadership and coordination regarding human resources in the public sector of the province.  The PSC provides a full range of integrated human resource services including human resource planning, classification, recruitment and selection, corporate payroll, occupational health and safety, employee assistance program, diversity program, learning and development, French language training and policy development.
