WHAT WE DO
Labour Relations is responsible for the administration and interpretation of the collective agreement between the Government of Prince Edward Island and the PEI Union of Public Sector Employees. Labour Relations provides assistance to management within the civil service on employer/employee issues; respresents government's interests at collective bargaining within the public sector, develops corporate policies and programs that are consistent with government's needs and reflects modern labour relations practices.
