Neutral

Our service is neutral to managers, employees and union. It is never to be used as a disciplinarian measure.

Competent

Outside referrals are made only to licensed professionals in the community.

Participative

The focus and direction of the program is managed by an Advisory Committee of Management and Union Representatives.
