Public Service Commission Board

The Public Service Commission Board is an advisory branch (currently three members appointed for a five year term) that meets several times annually and may make recommendations to the Minister responsible for human resource management administration within the provincial government. It also submits an annual report to the Minister on the activities of the PEI Public Service Commission and administration of the Civil Service Act for each fiscal year. All administrative matters are delegated to the management staff of the PEI Public Service Commission.
