Public Service Week 2015



It’s Public Service Week, you should know there are fun events happening and you’ve been entered to win a prize.

Public Service Week events will be happening all week - June 15th - June 19th.

This year, winners will be chosen in daily electronic draws throughout the week. You do not need to fill out a ballot to win, you’ve been automatically entered.

 Here are some of the great prizes which were generously donated:

•    a Keurig (donated by Lyreco)
•    one day paid leave
•    two tickets for Lennie Gallant's show "Searching for Abegweit" (donated by PEI Brewing Company)
•    two tickets to "The Affections of May" (donated by Harbourfront Theatre)
•    two tickets to "The 39 Steps" (donated by Harbourfront Theatre) 
•    two tickets to "Hockey Mom, Hockey Dad" (donated by Confederation Centre)
•    $120 photography package (Fine Lines Photography)
•    complimentary two-night camping pass to any PEI provincial park 
•    complimentary cruise aboard The Fairview for four people (donated by Peakes Wharf Boat Tours)
•    two $50 gift certificates for Five Eleven West (Restaurant and Wine Bar)

There will be displays of diversity, barbeques and demonstrations throughout the week.
Casual Day is Wednesday, June 17th - proceeds to Red Cross - please donate $2 or more, as you usually would on Casual Fridays.  Monies will be collected by members of the Public Service Week Committee on Wednesday afternoon. 

 Colorful donation buckets will be available at all regional barbeque events throughout the week.  Proceeds will go to Childrens' Wish Foundation.
