Submission Formats and FeesSubmission Instructions
- All notices must be submitted in electronic format as a Word or Word Perfect file to email@example.com. Please enter 'Royal Gazette Submissions' in the subject line.
- A signed copy of the notice must accompany all submissions. Signed copies may be scanned and sent as a PDF file to the above email with the text format notice or by fax to 902-368-5168. Your notice will not be published without the signed copy.
- You may confirm publication of a notice by visiting Unoffical Royal Gazette or by viewing a printed copy at your nearest public library.
Advertisement and notices must be received no later than close of business day on the Tuesday prior to the publication date in which they should appear. Hours of operation are 4:00 pm during hours summer and 5:00 pm during winter hours.
Please allow an extra day for weeks that include a statutory holiday such as Easter Monday or Remembrance Day.
A first insertion may be submitted electronically at the basic rate of $5.00/inch, payable after insertion is made and amount owing is determined.
Subsequent insertions of the same notice may be ordered at the same time at same rate of $5.00/inch.
