Public notice is hereby given that, the Minister, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, has made the following amendments:

2. Prince Edward Island Rule 31-801 Repealing National Instrument 31-101 - Requirements Under the National Registration System
3. Prince Edward Island Rule 31-501 Repealing Local Rule 31-501 - Transitional Registration Requirements
4. Prince Edward Island Rule 31-802 Incorporating amendments to National Instrument 31-102 - National Registration Database
5. Prince Edward Island Rule 31-803 Implementing National Instrument 31-103 - Registration Requirements and Exemptions
6. Prince Edward Island Rule 33-809 Implementing National Instrument 33-109 - Registration Information
7. Prince Edward Island Rule 45-806 Adopting National Instrument 45-106 - Prospectus and Registration Exemptions
EFFECTIVE DATE
The Rule amendments come into force on September 28, 2009.
