The Securities Act Regulations Amendment, EC2002-328, page 22 of the Royal Gazette, has been approved with an effective date of August 1, 2002. The amendments:

  • revoke sections of the regulations relating to prospectus filing which are no longer required with the adoption of rules incorporating the various prospectus filing National Instruments effective August 1, 2002
  • consequentially amend three sections of the regulations in accordance with the new rules
