Investment Funds Solicitation Warning
PUBLIC NOTICE
under the Securities Act, R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. S-3
The Securities Division of the Office of the Attorney General is warning the public that it has become aware of an unlicensed company "Quest Financial Corporation" which is soliciting investment funds in the province. Quest Financial Corporation has been soliciting clients through local newspaper advertisements wherein it encourages huge profit potential in 30 days.
Although the company name is not indicated in the ad, the company operates under the name "Quest Financial Corporation" and is supposedly located in the Bahamas. Packages received from Quest originated in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Quest Financial Corporation is not registered under the Securities Act in the province of Prince Edward Island. Furthermore, no salesperson is registered to sell securities on behalf of the company in the province. The sale of securities in this province is governed by the Securities Act.
