The Department of Community Services. Seniors and Labour is responsible for ensuring the protection and privacy of personal information in accordance with Section 35 of the PEI Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and other relevant legislation. This responsibility is carried out through the promotion of the principles of privacy, access, security and confidentiality.
