PURPOSE

1. To specify personal requirements rates for applicants.

PRINCIPLES

2. Personal requirements rates are intended to cover personal needs such as toiletries and grooming supplies.

POLICY

3. Personal requirements rates are to be included in pre-added budget calculations from the point of application.

4. Personal requirements rates are as follows:

Adult	$19
Adult and his/her spouse	$34
Child 12-17	$18
Child 0-11	$13
