The Department will make information available to the public about its policies and practices relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

Information on Department policies and practices related to access to information and protection of privacy will be made available to any person who requests such information.

Information about the Department’s collection, use and disclosure of personal information may be provided to the public by means of brochures, posters, Internet and/or other means of communication.
