Alberton House
Alberton House, developed by Community Inclusions Inc., is an eight-unit affordable housing development for people with intellectual disabilities. It is located at 569 Church Street in Alberton.
Canadian Mental Health Association
The Canadian Mental Health Association spearheaded the development of a complex for adults with mental illness, located at 61 Duke Street in Summerside. The complex features seven one-bedroom units.
Community Connections Inc.
Developer Community Connections Inc. oversaw a project for the construction of six units in Summerside for persons with physical disabilities.
The Highlands
Developer CNPS Inc. joined the Government of Prince Edward Island for the construction of 14 units at 356-382 Jennifer Street in Summerside for low to moderate income families.
Independence Place
Independence Place offers five two-bedroom and six one-bedroom units on 376 Duke Street in Summerside. The project was completed with support from the developer, Scotcor Construction Ltd, and is intended for persons with physical disabilities. All 11 units are disability accessible.
La Cooperative le Bel Age
La Cooperative le Bel Age oversaw the development of 14 units, including two disability-accessible units, for low to moderate income seniors at 25 Sunset Drive in Wellington.
