Early Childhood Services

WHAT WE DO This section provides policy and planning advice to support the healthy development of Island children. Staff provide support and leadership to the Children’s Secretariat, resources for the Premier’s Council on Healthy Child Development, oversee the licensing and regulation of early childhood centres, support early childhood programming, and provide policy and programming for children with special needs, including the Preschool Autism Program.
