Communications PEI Photo Policy

Communications PEI maintains original photographic images relating to various aspects of government, industry and communities of Prince Edward Island. The purpose of this photo library is to provide photographic images to meet the communication, marketing and promotional objectives needs of the Government of Prince Edward Island.

Conditions of Photography Loan

In reproduction, all photos must be credited, where possible, to the Government of Prince Edward Island and the name of the photographer.

Terms and Conditions

Materials are for editorial use only, in a manner which promotes Prince Edward Island and the Government of Prince Edward Island. The materials may not be used or reproduced for commercial use or advertising without permission from Communications PEI.

Any errors, shortages or discrepancies associated with this loan should be reported within 48 hours. Borrowers are responsible for the proper use, handling and storage of images.

Use of photographs must be approved by Communications PEI.
