Provincial Headquarters

Provincial Headquarters serves as the central management entity for each of the county facilities and their respective functions.

Provincial Headquarters is also responsible for:

Program Development
Divisional Budgeting
Inventory Control
Bulk Purchasing
Contract Preparation

Provincial Headquarters includes the Technical Services section of the Division that develops standardized policies and procedures for work crews, as well as staff training and development.

Inventory Control also falls under the responsibility of Provincial Headquarters.
