Culvert Repairs

If you have already received approval for your entrance way and have a question regarding your culvert installation, please contact the Highway Maintenance Division in your county. You will be asked what community you live in and personnel from your area will be in contact with you to coordinate the installation or expansion of your driveway culvert.

To report any problems with your culvert, such as heaving due to frost, please contact the Highway Maintenance Division in your county or use our online reporting tool below.
