What do we do...
- Visual inspection of each structure on a three year cycle.
- Structural assessment based on visual inspections.
- Schedule work crews to perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain fully inventoried supply depot to meet current needs.
- Maintain inventory control over supply depot.
- Scheduling delivery of materials to construction sites.
- On site instruction of contractors and department staff to review work, check procedures , comply with specifications, schedule quality control testing and problem solving.
- Prepare progress payments to contractors, schedule and attend project progress meetings, review information with other sections or Departments, as required, prior to or during construction.
