What do we do...

    Visual inspection of each structure on a three year cycle.
    • Structural assessment based on visual inspections.
    • Schedule work crews to perform necessary repairs.
    • Maintain fully inventoried supply depot to meet current needs.
    • Maintain inventory control over supply depot.
    • Scheduling delivery of materials to construction sites.
    • On site instruction of contractors and department staff to review work, check procedures , comply with specifications, schedule quality control testing and problem solving.
    • Prepare progress payments to contractors, schedule and attend project progress meetings, review information with other sections or Departments, as required, prior to or during construction.
