Highway Safety
The Highway Safety Division is responsible to promote safe conditions for highway users, provide registration for drivers and vehicles and support the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal in the administration of the Highway Traffic Act, the Off-Highway Vehicle Act, the Roads Act, and Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act and the corresponding regulations of these acts.
