Dispatch Office

Information regarding road surface and winter driving conditions are updated on a regular basis and can be accessed via the web.

The Dispatch Office employs staff who are equipped and able to answer frequently asked questions from callers, including:

• When will my road be plowed?
• What are the current road conditions in my community?
• Who should I contact about dust control on clay roads?
• When will my culvert be installed/repaired?

Please keep in mind that the primary function of the county dispatch office is to track daily highway maintenance activities and that road conditions can be found at 511.gov.pe.ca.

If you wish to report a transportation-related problem such as a pothole or a downed stop sign - use our website feedback too to report a transportation problem tool. Your concern or inquiry will be passed on to appropriate personnel who are responsible for addressing the issue to which your comment relates.
