Provincial Assets Disposal

The Provincial Properties Section is charged with the responsibility of disposing of surplus land and buildings on behalf of most government agencies and departments. These may include abandoned road beds, parcels of land deemed surplus to provincial needs, including properties seized for non payment of taxes which do not sell at public auction, surplus buildings including houses and barns acquired when purchasing land for highways and or capital projects.
