Educational Opportunities

The Department of Transportation and Public Works, working with the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries, Aquaculture and Forestry encourage Island schools to experience the great outdoors by accessing provincial lands - model forest sites or designated natural areas of Provincial Parks and the Confederation Trail.

If you are interested in arranging for a field trip on provincial lands together with a presentation from staff, please contact the Department of Transportation and Public Works or complete the Properties Section Request Form.
