During the current postal dispute, users of the telephone registration service are advised that registration stickers may not arrive by mail in a timely fashion. Vehicles registered through this service will be included in the systems of provincial enforcement officials, but will not be included in out-of-province systems. You can renew your passenger vehicle or light duty truck by phone if you can answer yes to ALL of the following questions.
• Is your address the same?
• Is your insurance valid?
• Can you phone from a touch-tone-phone?
• Do you have a valid MasterCard or Visa card?
Have your credit card and vehicle permit with you when you call.
Allow for 5 days to receive your documents.
