Summerside Influenza Assessment Site Closed from Tuesday, November 17 Onward

The public is advised that the Summerside Influenza assessment site at the Harbourside Family Health Centre will be closed after Monday, November 16. The decision was made to close the assessment site due to low numbers of people arriving to the site.

Prince County residents who are experiencing influenza-like symptoms are asked to contact their family physician or go to the Emergency Department at Prince County Hospital in Summerside.

The H1N1 situation in Summerside will continue to be monitored and the assessment site in Summerside will be reactivated if the need arises.
