Government of Prince Edward Island launches web satisfaction survey

Finance and Energy

The Government of Prince Edward Island is asking users of the gov.pe.ca website for their feedback through an online survey, says Finance and Municipal Affairs Minister Wes Sheridan.

“I encourage Islanders to take five minutes to complete the survey and let us know how they are using the website, how satisfied they are with it, and what their expectations are for online services in the future,” said Minister Sheridan. “We will use the feedback to set priorities for web design as well as online service delivery.”

Recently, the home page of gov.pe.ca was updated to include new tabs for residents, youth, business and online services. New links were also created for public consultations, provincial government priorities and progress, social media channels as well as public alerts.

“The web is an increasingly important communications tool for government,” said Minister Sheridan. “This survey will help to ensure that our website is working well for people who are seeking information about our programs and services.”
