Notice re provincial government associated websites

The public is advised that difficulties are currently being experienced when accessing some provincial government associated websites such as PEI 2014 and 811.

Government staff are working with the external service provider that provides domain name services to solve the problem. A number of other customers of this vendor have also been affected.

In the interim, some sites are being directed to the main Government of Prince Edward Island website. No physical servers or personal data has been compromised.
