This subseries consists of four photograph albums belonging to members of the Macdonald family, ca. 1880 to 1900, ca. 1908 to 1913, ca. 1912 to 1913, and ca. 1918 to 1920. The earlier album appears to have belonged to A. J. Macdonald and contains ca. 35 carte de visite images, most of which are identified. A photocopy of the album is also included. The subsequent albums contain approximately 261 images total and consist primarily candid family photographs, many of which are identified.
