This sub-series consists of case files which are generally arranged in alphabetical order by the name of the Plaintiff with the exception of cases involving the Crown. In such cases, the files are in order by the name of the Defendant. These records span the years roughly 1943 to1951 with one file containing records dated 1935. These files contain Chief Justice Campbell's hand written notes concerning each case, notes of judgment, notes on sentencing, copies of acts which relate to the cases, memoranda, and correspondence.
