This subseries consists of 64 files containing notes along with some correspondence and published documents relating to Federal-Provincial (Dominion-Provincial) conferences held in various locals throughout Canada between 1953 and 1970. These conferences were held to discuss such matters as provincial financial statistics, fiscal relations, and fiscal arrangements. The notes appear to be the work of W. E. Massey in his capacity as Deputy Provincial Treasurer and as Director of Federal-Provincial Fiscal Relations for Prince Edward Island, a role he assumed ca. 1967. Also included are submissions to the conferences by the province of Prince Edward Island as well as those from some of the other provinces.
