The series consists of minutes of Executive and Board of Directors meetings of the Charlottetown Golf Club and the Belvedere Golf and Winter Club. Annual meeting minutes and financial statements may be included as well as attachments to agenda items. The terms Executive and Board of Directors has been used interchangeably and no effort has been made to separate them. They have been arranged in one chronological sequence.
