This subseries consists of files containing information regarding school district boundaries on Prince Edward Island. Land assessment for taxation purposes was made based on the location of a piece of property within these school districts. These files are arranged alphabetically by the name of the school district and may include: a description of the boundaries of the district; a map; Orders in Council relating to land assessment or a particular district; and correspondence relating to particular pieces of property within that district.

Each file is numbered with the prefix of "K", "Q", or "P" indicating in which county (Kings, Queens, or Prince) the district was located
