The photograph album was compiled by F. H. H. Williamson and W. D. Cromarty to accompany a report to the Commission of National Parks regarding sites for a proposed national park of Canada in Prince Edward Island, 1936. The album consists of 65 original images, most of which are identified. Proposed sites featured in the album include Holland Cove, Tea Hill, Bellevue Cove, Foxley River, Bulger Park, Bonshaw, Argyle Shore, McCallums Point, Cavendish (including Green Gables, Lovers Lane, Haunted Wood, Lake of Shining Waters, and Cavendish Beach), Dalvay and Dalvay House, New London, Cape Turner, Winter River, and Black Pond. The last photograph in the album is a group of men, including Mr. Cromarty and Premier Thane Campbell, outside a log building.
