This subseries consists of the published Prince Edward Island budget speeches given in the Legislative Assembly by the Honourable W. Bennett Campbell and the Honourable Lloyd G. MacPhail, Ministers of Finance, in the years 1978 and 1980. The volumes include a verbatim account of the speech as well as a budget summary, an account of current revenues, and an account of current expenditures.
